1915, April 4
Founded as a partnership trading firm "Senkouri Shoko" at the present office site in Chuo Ward, Kobe City.
Trade was mainly with America and Europe.
1945, June
Forced to suspend business due to the war.
1949, July

Former head office of The China & Japan Marine Industries,Ltd.
Reestablished as The China & Japan Marine Industries Ltd.
The company lead by its first president Shigekazu Sai, started business of selling paints for sea vessels of Chugoku Marine Paints,Ltd. and Kansai Paint Company,Ltd.
1952, August
Expand business and begin handling diesel engines, propellers and land and sea machineries.
1955, March
The Foreign Trade Division is established and began trading with shipping companies overseas.
1967, September
Divide the company into two, The China & Japan Marine Industries,Ltd. and Chunichi Kosan,Ltd.
1967, September
Established the Sakaide Office.
1973, December Builds the Chuko Building at the present site where the head office is located.
1985, August Hiromasa Sai becomes president and representative director.
1990, April The Sakaide Office becomes the Sakaide Branch Office.
1995, June Begin handling Z.R.C. Cold Galvanizing Compound.
1997, November Begin supplying facilities and machineries to dockyards in Mainland China.
1998, April Begin supplying facilities and machineries to marine division in Mainland China.
2004, July In order to increase in efficiency, Sakaide Branch Office is moved to Utazu-cho. The new office is located in front of Utazu Station.
2006, August
Established a consolidated subsidiary, SENKORI TRADING (DALIAN)CO.,LTD.
